Shipping Policy

All items are shipping from our packaging center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our packaging hours are Monday-Friday.  

Please allow 2-5 business days for The Sky Collection to package and ship your items.

Please allow an additional 3 days when we are running a sale.

Please pick the shipping times that best suit your needs.

Once the items are sent from our packaging center, the delivery times are out of our control. 

The Sky Collection is unresponsible for delays in shipping times after the packages leave our facility.

The Sky Collection is not liable for packages lost or stolen, after tracking dictates it has been delivered.

Make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to change the shipping destination.

If your packages are redirected back to our packaging center, the customer is liable for reshipping charges.

Order Cancelations

Please make sure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase. Order are not able to be cancelled after purchase.
