Sizing
The Sky Collection sources most pieces between sizes XS-XL. We now source some pieces in Plus up to 2X for our curvy ladies! Yay! We have a sizing chart below to help you make the best sizing decision for you. We try to mention the models measurements with each piece on our site. If you have any questions, please send us an email at shoptheskycollection@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We hope to extend our size offerings in the near future.
Shipping Policy
All items are shipping from our packaging center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our packaging hours are Monday-Friday.
Please allow 2 business days for The Sky Collection to package and ship your items.
Please pick the shipping times that best suit your needs.
Packaging (Processing) time does NOT include shipping time.

| Orders over $100 (standard shipping): Free |
Once the items are sent from our packaging center, the delivery times are out of our control.
The Sky Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping times after the packages leave our facility.
The Sky Collection is not liable for packages lost or stolen, after tracking dictates it has been delivered.
Make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to change the shipping destination.
If your packages are redirected back to our packaging center, the customer is liable for reshipping charges.
Wrong Address
The Sky Collection is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Once the order has been processed and shipping from our packaging center, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Please make sure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase. Orders are not able to be cancelled after purchase.
My Item Arrived Damaged?
The Sky Collection inspects are items before shipping out to our customers, but we know things happen. Please email us at shoptheskycollection@gmail.com within 3 days of arrival to you to inform us of the damages. Include pictures showing the damages for a faster resolution.
Return Policy
ALL RETURNS ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT.
Start your return by emailing us at shoptheskycollection@gmail.com. You can return your items up to seven days after tracked delivery. Please make sure that all items are in the original condition received, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of odor, stains, and with all tags attached.
Shoe packaging is an important part of the shoe purchase. Shoes must be shipped back in their original box undamaged. Please try all shoes on a soft surface such as carpet to prevent scuffs and wear.
Sale items and items bought with a discount code are FINAL SALE and not exchangeable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: undergarments, sticky undergarments, pasties, nipple covers, bodysuits, earrings, jewelry, hosiery, gift cards, sunglasses.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Returns are given a refund of STORE CREDIT. This store credit can be used on any other items and does not expire.
You are free to return all item to us in the original packaging or all packaging of your choosing.
Return Processing Time
Once your item has been received with a receivable email from our packing center, allow 5 days for your store credit to be sent to you.
Currency
The Sky Collection prices all of our pieces in USD (US Currency). This is due to the fact we purchase our materials and pieces in USD. All of our packaging and supplies are also purchased in USD.
